The location proved very convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. my room featured a well appointed design. the staff was really good (very helpful with directions and suggestions).
The gym, located on the first floor, caused noticeable noise due to exercise equipment use. I could hear it in my room and it started early.

My room was a premium room with one king bed. The staff were helpful with directions to nearby attractions, and the hotel has a really nice supermarket next door.
One night, my wife woke up at 1 am because someone was inside the room. The person ran but took my wallet. I went down to reception, but nobody was there.

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was bright and busy. Parking was easy. The garage is under the hotel and an elevator goes to the lobby. The room was super comfortable with a nice view to the Main Street. The bed was soft and the shower was large. Complimentary robes were available too.
The air conditioning did not work. I told the front desk. They said maintenance would take a look but it did not happen.

The staff was very attentive. I appreciated how they provided umbrellas when it was raining. The bell staff was attentive and efficiently stored luggage. The staff helped me when needed providing directions and guidance.

The hotel includes a spa. There is a Michelin-recommended restaurant on site. A convenience store is present. It sells medicine and snacks. There is a movie theater across the street, and an IGA grocery store that is open 24 hours nearby.

The hotel's restaurant is stellar. Many guests enjoy meals there. The location is near many restaurants and shops. I also noticed a Brazilian staff member who gave advice about local attractions.

The hotel lobby was inviting and light filled. I found the staff helpful. There was a movie theatre across the street. I also found a grocery store one block away. It was open 24 hours and had anything I could want. It even had hot meals.
The air conditioning in my room did not work. I told the front desk. They said maintenance would take a look at it. That did not happen. I had no air for the duration of my stay.
